Being part of the ECOlink range this kitchen cabin is fitted out to a high specification with uPVC tilt and turn double glazed windows, PIR sensors, non-concussive taps and flat sided external finish.

The unit itself is designed to be a flexible portable kitchen which will give caterers options to organise their kitchen in their preferred style. The unit also includes fixed ‘fast food’ style seating and tables. This seating area is easily extended by using the close coupled links to link the kitchen unit directly to additional ECOlink cabins.

The serving hatch separates the seating area from the kitchen with a lockable steel roller shutter to prevent kitchen access outside of working hours.

The kitchen itself incorporates stainless steel work tops on two sides to create a movable food prep area, above worktop sockets for kitchen appliances, additional above worktop stainless steel shelving, double stainless steel sink and drainer. The space below the work tops is ideal for siting appliances such as fridges or dishwashers (white goods not included) or storage as required.

A 30 amp supply is fitted for an electric cooker (not included) immediately below a high capacity commercial extraction hood. Hygiene is an important consideration and a separate ceramic hand wash basin is included on the end wall.
