Because the products sold on this website are large freight items, shipping is handled differently from ordinary parcel delivery.

Intermobile Container, LLC serves customers in the United States. Delivery availability depends on product type, inventory location, route access, regional carrier availability, and destination requirements.
Not every product is available for delivery to every ZIP code or destination. Some products may be available only in certain regions or by depot pickup.
If a destination cannot be safely or reasonably serviced, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Freight Delivery Methods
Because our products are large and heavy container units, delivery is not handled like standard postal or small-parcel shipping.
Orders may be delivered using commercially appropriate freight equipment, including where applicable:
- flatbed delivery
- tilt-bed delivery
- heavy equipment transport
- depot release or pickup arrangements
- other freight methods appropriate to the product and route
The delivery method used will depend on the product, destination, accessibility, and scheduling conditions.
4. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping or freight charges are not assumed to be free unless expressly stated on the product page, at checkout, in a quote, or on an invoice.
Delivery charges may be based on one or more of the following factors:

- product dimensions and weight
- equipment requirements
- route accessibility
- unloading conditions
- scheduling requirements
- special handling needs
Applicable shipping or delivery charges will be shown on the product page, at checkout, in a written quote, or on your invoice before payment is due.
5. Dispatch and Scheduling
Delivery dates and dispatch windows are estimates unless a specific delivery date is confirmed in writing.
Orders are generally scheduled only after:

- delivery or pickup details have been confirmed
Transit times may vary depending on product availability, region, carrier scheduling, weather, access limitations, and other operational factors.
6. Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is safe, legal, and reasonably accessible for the required truck or equipment.
This may include ensuring:
- sufficient truck access and maneuvering space
- safe and stable ground conditions
- legal permission to place or receive the product
- clearance from overhead wires, trees, gates, or structures
- a suitable unloading area
- any required permits, approvals, or local compliance obligations
If delivery cannot be completed safely because of site conditions, access restrictions, incorrect address details, or other customer-side issues, additional charges may apply, including rescheduling, redelivery, storage, or cancellation-related costs.
7. Failed Delivery or Rescheduling
If a customer misses a scheduled delivery, provides inaccurate site information, or cannot accept delivery when the carrier arrives, Intermobile Container, LLC may charge reasonable rescheduling, storage, or redelivery costs where applicable.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel delivery where unsafe, illegal, or impractical delivery conditions exist.
8. Depot Pickup
Some products may be offered for depot pickup instead of delivery.
Where depot pickup is available, customers are responsible for:
- arriving within the approved pickup window
- providing any required release information or identification
- arranging suitable transport and securement
- complying with depot safety rules and procedures
Failure to collect the order within the approved timeframe may result in storage charges, rescheduling fees, or cancellation-related costs.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers should inspect the product as soon as reasonably possible at the time of delivery or depot pickup.
If there is visible freight damage, missing product, or a material discrepancy between the product received and the order placed, customers should notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery or pickup.

- your name and contact information
- photos of the issue
- a short written description of the problem
- any notes recorded on the delivery receipt, if available
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Intermobile Container, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- weather conditions
- traffic or road restrictions
- labor disruptions
- equipment issues
- carrier delays
- depot delays
- routing limitations
- acts of government
- force majeure events
11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information, including the delivery address, contact name, and phone number.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or added costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.
12. No P.O. Box Shipping
Our products are freight items and are not shipped to P.O. boxes.
13. International Shipping
Unless expressly stated on the product page or in a written quote, this website is intended for U.S.-based sales and U.S. delivery or pickup arrangements.
