DUOCON ONE-TRIPPER (10′ +10′) STEEL SHIPPING CONTAINERS DESCRIPTION
New DuoCon steel shipping containers are 20 feet long. When the container arrives at our facility, it is designed to be cut in half so that internal panels, which are tack welded to the walls, can be installed in the open ends. After that, touch-up paint is applied, and you’re left with two new 10-foot containers.
This configuration enables a foreign shipper to fully load the container, saving the American client the cost of overseas shipping. Each new 10ft container includes the original two swing doors, two sets of fork pockets, and steel corner casting blocks for overhead lifting.
Neither new nor used 10ft containers are compatible with any ISO chassis. They must be moved using a flatbed or stepdeck trailer.
